Feel refreshed and renewed with a 2-3 minute cryotherapy session! You will stand in the chamber for up to 3 minutes and will experience extremely cold temperatures via liquid nitrogen. This will help your body with metabolism, fatigue, chronic pain and inflammation, and just over all well-being. Our Cryo machine can get as cold as -110 to -190 degrees Celsius. Please wear your own socks. Must remove clothing and jewelry to enter the chamber (you will be provided with a robe, slippers, and gloves). You can remain in your undergarments. You will remove the robe once you are in the chamber with the door closed. You may experience hunger after a session, since the process works to speed up metabolism. A staff member will remain with you throughout the entire duration of your treatment. Once the machine is turned off, you will be given the robe to put back on before you exit the machine.
