Service Description
An Infrared sauna is perfect for those who like to detox, soothe aching muscles, and relax while working up a good sweat! Each session lasts for 45 minutes, however you can end the session at any time. Our sauna comes with chromotherapy lights and Bluetooth audio for a more personalized session. The sauna can get as hot as 140 degrees Fahrenheit, however we keep the temperature between 115-135 degrees. We recommend you coming in clothes that you are comfortable sweating in. We will provide for you a towel as well as a robe if you feel the need to change clothing before or after.
